Captain's Blog, 30th of January of the year Two Thousand and Nine. Our 5th day in Key West.
As we prepare to take our leave of Southernmost House, some of me crew decides to part ways with their share of the booty. We say goodbye to Pinky "The Pink" La Rouge, Fearless Iron Gem, Quartermaster Jessie Starling, and Josephine Juana La Loca. Thar will be much to salvage here. I be wishing them well.
LaGrange and I be recruiting some sailors for our next voyage. We head to the marina to hire on some new hands.
In the harbor, we see the mermaid on the rock gesturing to the moon as if in a farewell. We take it as a good omen.
